Refund policy

Sexy Starts With You stands behind its products with a 90-day guarantee on all products if faulty or broken. If you experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for merchandise credit.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must have very minimal usage.

After the first 90 days of the original purchase date, rechargeable toys have a warranty period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the products function. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
